Monday saw the first game of the season in the South Alicante League Enterprise Division, also the first league Derby!
San Miguel Alsations were home to San Miguel Beagles, the home team came out on top winning 8-4 (90 shots to 85) Best winning triple for the Alsations were Anita Brown, Ron Nairey and Ed Cowan 25 – 11. Best winning triple for the Beagles were Bob Nesbit, Alan Harris and Dave Champion 25 – 11.
On Wednesday San Miguel were away to Emerald Isle where they had a “bad day at the office” losing 14 – 0 (117 shots to 75)
On Friday San Miguel Bulldogs were home to La Siesta Blues, winning 10 – 2 (116 shots to 57) best winning triple were Pat McEwan Alan Patterson and Lin Miller 36 – 6.
San Miguel Boxers were away to Quesda Swans losing 2 – 10 (60 shots to 106) the winning triple were Bob Nesbit, Alan Harris and Dave Champion 17 – 16.
