October 17th away at Greenlands we had a win on one rink. Unfortunately a lady playing for Greenlands on another took ill and they had to concede which meant we won that rink. Well done to the winning team of Wendy Sheridan, Iain Sheridan and skip Ian Hamilton. Also Julia Hamilton, Les Bounds skip Barry Watson.

WINTER LEAGUE – MONTE MAR v B.B.C
October 19th we were away at B.B.C. after the long drive unfortunately we lost on all rinks. We were made very welcome when we arrived for the match with BBC saying they were pleased to see Monte Mar back in the winter league. After the game we all enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant.
