GREENLANDS BOWLS CLUB

The Winner of this years Nick Green two wood trophy was Heather Meston, the runner-up was Mary Lockley,  In The Ladies Invitation  the winners were Sue Brown and Mel Brown, runners up were Heather Meston and Kim Hunter. Well done all of you.

Greenlandswinners2_webWith the new bowling season upon us next month now is the time for those of you out there to consider joining Greenlands Bowls Club. You can be assured of a warm welcome be you new to the game or experienced players, so why not give Haley a ring on 966844399. The club is located near zoco market should you wish to call in and have a look aroud. On Saturdays we have a fun roll-up with prizes, start times 0930 to 1000, all are welcome and shoes and bowls can be hired for a small fee.

SAN MIGUEL BOWLS CLUB

The WASPS are back.  After a much needed break during the hot weather, the WASPS are returning on Wednesday 7th September.  Come along at 1.30, only €5 for an afternoons friendly bowling, use of shoes and woods if required, and free tuition if needed. A good way of making new friends!!

The teams are up for the ladies friendly between San Miguel and Emerald Isle on Monday 19th September. The draw for the Valencian Championships are on the board,  bring your glasses, and check when and where you are playing.

The sheets are up for the club championships and competitions – Get your names down!!

EMERALD ISLE BOWLS CLUB

After a break from bowling for some ,,we are holding the annual Vera Moran Tournament,on 5th 6th and 7th,with 7 visiting teams playing and Emerald isle having rinks in as well

The Emerald Isle have several new bowlers joining us ,so welcome to all of our new members and hopefully you will all enjoy bowling with us

Sept is a very busy month for some bowlers so good luck to all of the Emerald Isle bowlers in the various competitions
