Enterprise The Apollos welcomed Emerald Isle Titans to La Siesta, the hosts started the game off by keeping their noses in front and managed to apply the pressure for the remainder of the game to claim a clean sheet by winning on all four rinks. Discovery An away game for the Pioneers playing at San Miguel, where three of our teams found the Dalmations to be too strong and were unable to muster any points on those rinks but the remaining team; Noel Morrisroe, Wendy & Alan Ralph won their game really well (20-14) to collect two points for La Siesta. Lost 2-8 (Shots 57-79).
Winter League La Siesta travelled the short distance down the road to play a local derby at San Louis but we found the home team to be at the top of their game by convincingly winning on three of the rinks but they were unable to beat the inform La Siesta team on the Forth. Rink won by; Pat Moore, Jim Jarvie, Jan & Brian Pocock (19-12). Lost 2-8 (Shots 43-89).
Division (A) On Tuesday the Blues played host to the Emerald Isle Cavaliers and continued with the game which was stopped on Friday after 6 ends due to rain. La Siesta managed to win on one rink courtesy of; Dawn & John Taylor with Jean Cooper (18-16), with Skip Charleton´s team receiving one point for a draw (14-14). Lost 3-7 (Shots 48-78).
